CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR – INTERNATIONAL MARKET

Reports to: CRM Global Campaigns Officer

Are you a hands-on CRM Campaign Coordinator with specific Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience? You will be passionate and have extensive CRM experience (min 2 years). The role is vital to put our best foot forward to deliver our new CRM programme. You will work with relevant functional teams across the Primark business. As part of the Primark CRM Team you will be joining a fast paced, commercial environment, with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders within the Primark business.

The Campaign Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

  • Working with the centrally owned CRM channel calendar, adapt to each market that you are responsible for to suit the local needs – and ensure this scales up to the bigger picture in the overall Brand/Content calendar
  • Raise the profile of CRM in the markets you are responsible for – stakeholder engagement and presentations will be a key part of this role
  • Implement the CRM strategies in the markets you are responsible for
  • Deliver our new campaign processes and ensure QA is at the highest level
  • Take responsibility for campaigns, from conceptualisation right through execution and analysis of findings
  • Prepare up-to-date reporting on both ongoing and completed campaigns
  • Work closely with the Content and Brand teams on planning and optimisation opportunities
  • Work with various partners on accelerations, trouble shooting and roll out of new functionalities
  • Collaborate with other business functions to gather and document new and existing requirements while providing recommendations and suggestions for solutions

Qualities

  • Fluent in English at a minimum
  • Fluent in French and/or Spanish (desired but not essential)
  • Thrive in fast paced environment; able to deliver solutions in face of unforeseen obstacles and challenging business requirements.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of CRM and be comfortable with delivering a campaign calendar
  • Ability to communicate fluently with a variety of stakeholders in different territories and at varying levels of seniority across business
  • Detail-orientated/attention to detail; able to take responsibility for quality CRM campaign outputs and be able to balance ad-hoc requests with day to day
  • Team player and goal oriented, with a can-do attitude
  • The capacity to solve problems and offer creative suggestions for developing processes

Experience

  • Significant working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Alternatively, working knowledge of Braze, Marketo, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Adobe Campaigns, Oracle Customer Experience, Emarsys or Klayvio
  • Proven knowledge of core CRM principles
  • Technical aptitude
  • Proven track record of development and management of email marketing campaigns
  • Significant experience in communicating goals, concepts, activity plans, KPIs, and goal progress to senior stakeholders
  • Open, collaborative communication style to build connected, balanced relationships
  • Experience with HTML and CSS ideal, but not essential
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms or the retail industry would be useful, but not essential
