Description:
OVERVIEW
We’re looking for someone who has a strong background in coding HTML for CRM and managing email campaigns to help us create proactive communications to inspire our members with content around dining, entertainment, travel, offers and benefits.
These are examples of tasks you may have to manage on a typical workday as a CRM developer:
- Stand up meeting with the Content team to plan the day ahead
- Build emails
- Segment data
- Schedule and deploy emails
- QA colleagues’ emails
- Identify and fix coding errors in email templates / email deliverability
- Design and build new modules in HTML
Technology we use:
- Acoustic and other ESPs
- Movable Ink
- Litmus and other email testing software
- Tableau for reporting
REQUIREMENTS
As this job requires a level of coding expertise, we are looking for most of the experience below. Ideally with email code experience, please bring relevant examples where your work reflects that level of experience.
- Strong knowledge of email HTML and CSS
- You can fix bugs and trouble shoot email template HTML
- You can build interactive emails
- Good knowledge of modular and responsive HTML and CSS
- You can build modules
- Experience with ltr and rtl languages
- Acoustic or other ESP experience essential
- Understanding of email design
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and QA skills
- Be highly organised and efficient with time management
- Strong communication skills
