We are seeking a highly motivated CRM & Events Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and customer communications, assist in planning and executing events, and provide general marketing support. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing tools (e.g. mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for technology and sustainability in the automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer communications, including email marketing campaigns and newsletters, to engage and retain customers.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system to enhance customer insights, segmentation, and personalized marketing efforts.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, product launches, and experiential campaigns.
- Assist the Chief Marketing Manager with various marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media activities, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent brand messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance to provide actionable insights.
- Manage customer data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
