Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a CRM Marketing Executive within the Customer and Marketing team at Carwow, you will play a key role in communicating to our users about changing their car.
Email is a pivotal channel for communicating with our users and you will be responsible for managing campaigns from brief through to delivery.
Working alongside the CRM Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you will work closely with the commercial and marketing teams.
The initial contract will be for 5 days per week for 6 months.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Traffic email campaigns through Carwow, making sure that campaigns are briefed on time, correct assets have been provided, and sign off is given ahead of campaign deployment
  • Managing the email campaign Notion board by populating with new briefs and updating statuses
  • Building email templates using a drag and drop editor in Iterable
  • Building customer segments in Iterable, including managing exclusions
  • QA of email campaigns to ensure 100% accuracy of spelling and grammar, URLs and targeting
  • Reporting on key performance metrics back to the business
