REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 - 2 years experience within a CRM role.
  • Experience using Ometria or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • A strong understanding of CRM strategy and best practice.
  • Ability to understand and analyse large amounts of data.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Great multitasker and organisational skills.
  • A team player who is proactive and is able to work autonomously.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the fashion sector (desired).
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The Digital Marketing Department at Oh Polly is going through an exciting period of growth and requires a passionate and talented CRM executive to join their fast paced team.
Reporting to the CRM Manager this role is to support the CRM team with all email, app and SMS marketing. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills, and who is eager to refine their expertise in CRM within the fashion sector.
