SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Create monthly promotional plans for all activity across your brands to help support delivery of OKR and KPI targets for the business
- Implementation of plans in line with the promotional strategy defined by Head of Promotions
- Creation and execution of promotional activity from conception to live, including working with other key stakeholders within the Marketing team to deliver our content.
- Own the tracking of performance for promotions against set objectives and report back on a monthly basis
- Adopt test and learn processes to identify promotional opportunities for growth within the customer base
- Execute targeted promotions for key cohorts, which drives retention to brands
- Delivery of promotional plans for our customers in a timely manner
- Adopt best practices to reduce errors and minimise customer contacts to CS.
- Hold monthly briefing sessions with CS and PX to update them on our activity
- Support Promotions Manager with tracking of spend on daily basis, proposing actions if needed
- Become a superuser on our rewards tooling to improve personal and team effectiveness in delivery
- Work with, and understand content recommendations from Product Ops and identify best mechanics for end user delivery
