THE TEAM, POSITION & MISSION:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Functional Analyst for Dynamics 365 & Power Platform to join our dream team. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working with cutting edge technologies and wants to create innovative solutions using tools like Dynamics Omnichannel, Microsoft DigitalCenter, Customer Data Platform and Customer Engagement and Sales.

Your key areas of responsibility as a CRM Functional Analyst:

  • Trustful Advisor for Client: analyzing and assessing the client’s needs, performing gap analysis, analyzing customer insights and doing functional analysis.
  • Bridge between business & technical people: being able to understand and translate the business needs of the customers into technical requirements for out Dynamics 365 Consultants.
  • Expert in Dynamics 365: configuring and customizing the CRM & Power Platform applications emphasizing on maintainability and leveraging out of the box features.
  • Work on innovative projects: your work will have great impact working on fraud detection, advanced case management, B2B commercial processes and many more!

As an ideal candidate you have: (this should focus on requirements/experience):

  • Excellent analytical skills- with prior experience in analyzing needs via workshops & interviews and ability to work with high amounts of information to summarize it an analysis document.
  • Good consulting skills- knowing how to guide end users through a project such as a solution implementation.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (with knowledge of one of the modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service) and Power Platform implementation.
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in Dutch, French would be considered a plus
  • Expertise with Omnichannel for Customer Service, Customers Insight and Power Portal is considered a plus and it’s valued.
  • Knowledge of methodologies and best practices: Agile, FastTrack, Success By Design is recommended and appreciated.
