CRM INTERN – WOLT ADS TEAM

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern to join our Wolt Ads team. As a CRM Intern, you will support the CRM Manager in implementing and optimizing customer relationship management flows and processes that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM tools, lead generation processes, and data-driven marketing strategies within a fast-paced, global advertising environment.
Our Wolt Ads Product team is responsible for building our Ads business across 23 countries, and as a CRM Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of CRM strategies. You’ll work closely with local sales teams and central stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of the Global Wolt Ads CRM Project, helping to track Ads bookings from restaurants, CPG brands, and media agencies.
  • Support the creation and management of direct messaging flows using marketing automation tools to promote Wolt’s B2B products.
  • Support the integration of CRM bookings with financial and billing processes by coordinating with the finance team.
  • Collaborate with local and central sales teams to ensure accurate pipeline management and lead tracking using CRM tools like PipeDrive or Monday.com.
  • Help generate reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and client re-engagement activities.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
  • Assist in segmenting customer data and creating personalized offers, promotions, and campaigns for specific client segments.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare recommendations for optimization based on data insights.
  • Ensure that the CRM database is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Help ensure compliance with data protection regulations and CRM best practices.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CRM Manager and sales teams as needed.
