Job Opportunity: CRM Manager / Assistant Reservations Manager (Based in Dubai)
We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager / Assistant Reservations Manager to join our dynamic team and enhance customer relationships within the hospitality industry. This role is essential in driving customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiencies, and creating innovative strategies to retain and engage our valued clientele. Key Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen customer relationships using CRM systems
Develop customer retention campaigns and improve overall experience
Manage reservations and ensure a seamless customer journey
Analyze customer data to drive improvements
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively Qualifications:
Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a management role
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Schedule: 6 days a week (October to May), 6 months per year, reduced hours during Ramadan. Location: Dubai
