Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

HyperionDev is looking for a strong CRM Manager to conceptualize and implement initiatives in increasing our lead to sale conversion rate. At Hyperion Dev, we generate a large number of registrations each month that need to be engaged and educated throughout their purchasing journey.
The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in mid-funnel activities including direct communication, lead scoring and nurturing, data transfer and segmentation, and journey mapping.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with brand managers and creative teams to produce impactful email marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the performance and engineering teams to ensure good list hygiene, segmentation and delivery of email campaigns
  • Maintain the overall communication calendar aligned to brand manager requirements
  • Increase the lead to sale conversion rate
  • Plan, build, and send out all email marketing communication
  • Align with admissions teams to ensure lead scoring algorithms are providing guidance of hot, mild and cold leads to contact
