Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated CRM Manager to spearhead the data strategy for the Professional Products Division (PPD). This role will define and execute the divisional CRM strategy for professional hairdressers & stylists. Division’s strategy includes data acquisition, customer journey identification and execution, data streams and activation to grow customer’s engagement and lifetime value.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, data analysis, and marketing automation
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies
  • Fluent English is a must & Czech/Slovak/Hungarian is a plus
  • Data expert (modeling, mining, segmentation) & knowledge of SQL, Power BI
  • Strong project, communication & presentation skills
  • Data insights translator, digital/e-commerce savvy, team player

Responsibilities:

  • Set vision & strategy of collection & segmentation of our consumers / stylists’ data to ensure personalized interactions through value added activations.
  • Develops and executes a comprehensive O+O activation strategy, defining triggers and customer journeys to drive engagement and incremental revenue.
  • Define and measure ROI on CRM initiatives, establishing KPIs and reporting dashboards.
  • Manage CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee data acquisition, integration, and segmentation from multiple sources (LPS, Access, loyalty programs, etc.) to enhance customer experience and business growth.
  • Integrates various communication channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, BPs, website, social media platforms, push notifications, etc.)
  • Conduct customer research (e.g., NPS surveys) and analyze data to generate actionable insights for marketing, commercial, and education teams.
  • Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer and CDMO team to ensure full GDPR compliance and data security.
  • Report to Chief Digital Officer of the Professional Products Division.
