Description:
WE WANT YOU TO:
- Define and drive Hyundai Connected Mobility’s CRM strategy for all product lines from a marketing communication and campaign perspective.
- Implement data driven CRM campaigns to maximize sales for our products & services.
- Governance of our marketing automation rollout (Salesforce and CDP) with support of agencies and internal stakeholders
- Development and implementation of strategies to onboarding and retaining customers in an international environment
- Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions, continually improve performance
- Analysis of performance data and creation of reports to maximize customer lifetime value
