Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and their functionalities.
  • Skills in data analysis, data hygiene practices, and duplicate management.
  • Experience with automation processes within CRM systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee CRM upgrades and initiatives using tools like Trello or Monday
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage expectations and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in generating and interpreting reports for decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including product owners and external developers.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organisation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. This includes data management, ensuring accuracy and data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and implementing database enhancements, collaborating with various departments to optimise data utilisation for sales and marketing teams and facilitating functional alignment with connected platforms.
