In this role, you’ll report to the Director of CRM Marketing (Women, Men, and Scrubs), working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure every campaign is executed flawlessly. Plus, you’ll get to contribute to exciting, high-profile campaigns featuring brand partners like Khloé Kardashian, Ginger Ressler, and Kevin Hart—bringing the Fabletics experience to life in new, dynamic ways.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the day-to-day coordination of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, App Push), from concept to seamless execution, focusing on driving lead-to-member conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, delivering briefs that translate marketing strategies into compelling assets.
  • Project manage cross-functional teams, ensuring all deliverables arrive on time and aligned with brand standards.
  • Own the Quality Assurance (QA) process for CRM communications, rigorously checking links, images, and copy for accuracy and impact.
  • Support weekly performance reporting for CRM campaigns and channels, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors, sharing strategic recommendations to enhance our mobile and email communication experiences.
  • Be at the heart of exciting campaigns with brand partners like Khloé Kardashian, Ginger Ressler, and Kevin Hart, helping to craft communications that resonate with our audience.

What You Can Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within CRM or lifecycle marketing.
  • A proven ability to manage and coordinate marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring top-tier execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
  • Stellar project management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving business environment while working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free campaigns.
  • Confidence in prioritizing and conveying marketing hierarchy and messaging to creative teams.
  • A knack for technology, with a natural ability to pick up new tools and platforms quickly.

The hourly range for this position is from $26.68-30.67. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
