CRM Project Management Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

The CRM Project Management Intern will be assisting the CRM Project Management Team on the day-to-day tasks of project management; assist with market calls, Asana and Confluence Documentation, and process flow management. You will assist in cross-checking customer communications, learn how comms (like email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Line) are built and delivered, and learn about marketing project management.

• Managing daily scrum meetings, managing priorities and daily tasks for all Developers and QA
• Assist in crafting and interpreting Business Requirement Documents and Techspecs, documentation and management of process flows and scripts
• Streamline and optimize process flows, identify inefficiencies
• Assist the project managers with discussions with client and market, document

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related fiel
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Ampscript, Java, and/or HTML is a plus
• Has led or managed group projects is an added advantage
