Description:
CRM Sales and Marketing Administrator
- Office based, Newton-Le-Willows
- Option to complete apprenticeship
- Part time, Permanent
- 30 hours, 9am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday
- Up to £12.00 per hour plus bonus

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a versatile role that combines sales support, marketing assistance, and administrative duties. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
DESIRABLE:
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Familiar with CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities:
- Answer the office phone calls and direct calls.
- Provide sales support and PA duties to the Managing Director
- Utilise Microsoft Office and other company software for various administrative tasks.
- Cleanse and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Create brochures and marketing materials using Canva, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager (training provided if needed).
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Support with social media campaigns, again supported by the Marketing Manager.
- Organise and maintain data within our CRM systems.
- Support senior leaders with email correspondence, appointments, and diary management.
- Take notes at meetings and assist during presentations.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain the office environment.
Person Specification:Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an administrative/assistant capacity for senior leaders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
