CRM Specialist Europe (f/m/d) (100%)
YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:
- You have a university degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or in a field with quantitative focus
- You have gained 2-3years’ experience in CRM / email marketing
- You possess a solid Project Management experience
- You possess strong analytical mindset and collaboration skills
You can work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills
You have the ability to assess marketing digital layouts from aesthetic perspective
- You are proficient in in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools
- You have excellent command of English language, both spoken and written

Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and run email marketing campaigns based on the European Marketing & Promotion calendar
- Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and translators to ensure high standards of design and copy, maintaining a coherent customer experience that always puts the customer first
- Possess exceptional communication, analytical and collaboration skills, working effectively across functional. international teams with digital marketers, graphic designers, engineers, developers, and data analyst
- Have a strong understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem and a good knowledge of the role each piece of technology plays in delivering best-in-class email campaigns
- Have experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or any other email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, GetResponse
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, managing and tracking multiple projects at once
