Your mission: The Client Relationships & Sales (CR&S) department’s mission is to implement a seamless Client Journey to build successful relationships and create a distinctive & unique Client Experience. The department works & acts as a trusted business partner with internal clients. In this context, the team is currently building and implementing with the Marketing & Communication team a new marketing automation platform with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
As IT expert, your role will be to make the link between the internal IT team and the marketing and sales team to ensure SFMC technical application and customization is in line with business/ marketing needs and by leveraging Global and EMEA support and guidance.

BE A PART OF OUR TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for implementing and maintaining the digital marketing experience through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
This typically includes:

  • Programming and Database Management:

  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Essential for designing and developing email templates and landing pages;

  • AMPscript: Custom scripting language used within SFMC for personalization and dynamic content in emails;
  • SQL: Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data within the SFMC environment;
  • Data Modeling : Ability to design and maintain data models in a scalable reusable way.

  • Marketing Automation:

  • Journey Builder: Experience in creating and managing customer journeys for automated marketing campaigns;A utomation Studio: Skills in setting up and managing automated workflows and processes.

  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

  • Technical Support: Ability to troubleshoot issues within SFMC, including debugging scripts, resolving integration issues, and fixing data discrepancies;

  • Performance Optimization: Skills to optimise the performance of SFMC processes and campaigns;Salesforce: ability to understand the two-ways interactions with Salesforce and investigate the workflow’s eventual dysfunctions.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse marketing data to generate insights and inform strategy.Reporting Tools: Proficiency with SFMC reporting tools and possibly other BI tools like Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.

  • In summary, managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud effectively requires a blend of technical skills in data management, scripting, automation, analytics, security, and project management, combined with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work collaboratively with various teams. In this context, we are looking for an analytical thinker and result-oriented profile in the field of IT support and data management with a client-oriented mindset.
    In terms of soft skills, the intern must have strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. In terms of collaboration, the ability to work effectively with marketing, IT, and other cross-functional teams as local as well as EMEA level is expected

  • Are currently a student as data/ IT engineer ( Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent) and within the framework of your studies you need to carry out an internship of 6 month minimum;
  • Are stress resistant and able to cope with multiple demands and requirements;
  • Have an interest in marketing and CRM automated tool;
  • Are rigorous, curious and proactive;
  • Are eager to work with various teams, at local and global level;
  • Have proficient IT and coding skills;
  • Have superior organisational skills;Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset).
