Description:

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system to enhance our interactions with current and future customers. You will analyse customer data to develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing customer retention and satisfaction.

Reporting to the Digital & CRM Manager the CRM Specialist is responsible for analyzing customer data to develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing customer retention and satisfaction. The purpose of this role is to optimize our customer relationship management system to enhance our interactions with current and future customers.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE RECIPE:

  • Plan and deliver a busy calendar of cross-channel customer marketing campaigns across In-App Messaging, Push, Email and SMS within our current marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop personalized, relevant and optimized messaging and communications, building an end-to-end journey of customer-led experiences.
  • Develop and execute on a robust optimization testing stream with continual testing and improvements to be managed within our marketing automation platforms, with the goal of proving incremental uplift in engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns in all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with the team & GM Marketing/Innovation.
  • Identify opportunities for increasing and maximizing our CRM platforms.
  • Manage the communication schedule based on contact rules cross-channel to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Manage audience targeting, monitoring counts, campaign proofing, testing and launching within our marketing automation platforms.
