Description:
Ergo is seeking a hands-on CRM Support Analyst (hybrid) with experience of Dynamics 365 CRM for a 7-month fixed term contract with a client based in Dublin 4.

Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support for Dynamics 365 CRM issues
- Find and repair any potential duplicate and erroneous data and ensure data integrity is maintained
- Assist with configuring and customising the Dynamics 365 platform to meet evolving business requirements.
- Deliver user training and create documentation to ensure effective system adoption and proper use of features.
- Engage in stakeholder collaboration to address systems needs and improvements, acting as a liaison between business teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data insights using built-in tools or Power BI to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
