WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (REQUIREMENTS)

  • Strong analytical skills essential for gathering and interpreting data, identifying trends, and extracting actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis, is required.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, is expected. Experience in setting up tracking, configuring goals, and generating reports within these platforms is valuable.
  • Knowledge and experience in conversion rate optimization techniques, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and usability testing, are important. Understanding how to develop and execute optimization strategies to improve conversion rates is crucial.
  • The ability to effectively present data and insights through visualizations, reports, and dashboards is invaluable, therefore proficiency in data visualization tools is a necessity
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be beneficial for implementing tracking codes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with web development teams. Knowledge of tag management systems, such as Google Tag Manager, would also be desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey complex data and insights to various stakeholders. The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams is important.
  • A solid understanding of business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential.
  • Digital analytics and conversion rate optimization are dynamic fields, so a willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and emerging methodologies is important.
