Description:

Onda is a full-stack D2C growth firm that acts as a “one-stop-shop” for e-commerce business owners seeking assistance with their marketing labor and execution needs by providing premium talent. Joining our talent network offers you connections to the ultimate “freelance” gigs with our clients, but coupled with a variety of support departments (scheduling, billing, client resolution, etc) to help you focus on what you do best.
Our client is seeking a CRO expert to develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive business growth through continuous optimization of its website and digital channels.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior, conversion metrics, and A/B testing methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a CRO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful optimization projects
  • Proficiency with CRO tools and platforms such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau
  • Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc) to track and analyze and interpret user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop optimization strategies by identifying opportunities for improvement in the user journey and conversion funnel. Create and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, website content, and user interfaces
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that optimization strategies are aligned with overall business goals and executed effectively
  • Gather insights through user surveys, heatmaps, session recordings, and other research methods to understand user needs and pain points
  • Generate regular reports on conversion metrics, test results, and optimization performance. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Keep up to date on the latest trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization, user experience, and digital marketing
