• Proven track record of improving conversion rates
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO)
• Strong UI/UX understanding and attention to detail
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive significant funnel performance improvements. This role focuses exclusively on funnel optimization with a clear KPI of 20% quarterly conversion growth through meticulous A/B testing and implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks
• Own end-to-end A/B testing process from ideation to implementation
• Monitor metrics and generate actionable insights to maximize KPIs
• Work closely with marketing, design teams, and data analyst
• Implement and monitor test variations with attention to detail
• Maintain pixel-perfect design standards in all optimizations
• Stay up-to-date on CRO trends and implement innovative techniques
