E-commerce is an instrumental part of our business, and we are looking to add a member to our team who would focus on conversion rate optimization on our DTC websites, and optimizing the customer journey.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple DTC websites on Shopify Plus platform
- Plan and execute all content updates
- Partner with Global Franchise team on implementing new features as they are rolled out
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for additional functionality / apps that could improve performance
- Run A/B testing on sites to Improve KPIs (e.g. Conversion Rate)
- Current technology includes Bloomreach and Because app - experience preferred but not required
- Increase personalization throughout the customer journey (website, email, SMS, etc)
- Develop programs to improve conversion, LTV, etc. (ex: subscription program, loyalty program, etc.)
- Lead development and execution of short-term promotions (ex: July 4th; Mother’s Day; Thanksgiving; etc)
- Improve overall customer journey experience from website to customer communication
- Partner with advertising / marketing teams on joint initiatives

Technical / Functional Competencies:
This job requires the technical skills it takes to design, implement, and measure clean A/B testing on a Shopify Plus website. They need to have strong analytical skills to interpret the testing they are doing, and the impact of other initiatives they may be running. Ideally this candidate has experience in A/B testing software, GA4, and Bloomreach, but this exact technology is not required. This person should have the ability to dive into new platforms, learn, and execute new initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education – 4 year college degree required
Work Experience – 2+ years working in a similar role, with proven performance to drive improved results
Other (consider certifications, specialized knowledge and/or training, etc.) Experience with A/B testing platforms, and ecommerce analytics platforms
Travel Required:
Minimal travel, if any, will be required.
