REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Hands-on experience in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, etc.), and experience with SEMRush/Ahrefs.
- Proven experience with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Unbounce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website modifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Proven project management skills for multiple ongoing projects and tasks
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Great interpersonal skills with a team-player mentality

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) professional to join our Marketing team! As a CRO Specialist you will be responsible for driving user behavioral performance on our website, PPC landing pages, consumer intake forms, and digital platform conversions through data-driven optimization strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, web analytics, and A/B testing methodologies to enhance user experience and increase lead generation for our US-based audience.
This is an international, fully-remote, freelance contractor position, working from home, at a location outside of the United States. We are particularly seeking candidates who are based in South Africa.
There is flexibility in your work hours but we expect that you will generally maximize your overlap with US Central Time, eg. until 1pm CT (GMT -6).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize website, landing page, and intake form performance.
- Analyze website and funnel analytics to identify areas of improvement, content initiatives, and opportunities for conversion lifts.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to implement test variations and track results.
- Interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve website performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain a robust CRO roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular competitive analyses on methodologies and practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends and best practices.
- Track and report on conversion metrics, trends, and test results to key stakeholders.
