The Cross Solutions team helps our customers leverage the totality of the Microsoft Cloud, taking advantage of the era of AI and Copilot by building and delivering solutions that closely align to their business and industry challenges. We are looking for a Cross Solution Global Black Belt (GBB) to engage directly with customers and Microsoft field teams in the EMEA Time Zone as we create, validate, uncover themes and patterns, document insights and partner with our Go To Market Team to scale new sales motions that bring Copilot, AI and our product portfolio together into repeatable and scalable solution offerings that deliver meaningful business outcomes and incremental customer value.
The ideal candidate is an experienced business and technical seller with entrepreneurial skills and a passion for understanding and helping to solve customer challenges by leveraging the full power of the Microsoft Cloud. You will be pioneering a sales motion that is solution oriented and leveraging the breadth of our platform solutions. You will be a trailblazer in more closely aligning our sales motions to customer and industry challenges, a visible advocate for our customers and a deep partner for our sales field and Go to Market Team We welcome your application!

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Sales Execution Excellence
  • Discover and qualify new enterprise cross solution sales leads and drive consumption with new and existing customers.
  • Identify, create, and close pipeline by aligning to customer priorities, delivering competitive positioning, and effectively leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem of resources, partners, programs, and tools.
  • Maintain a healthy and verifiable pipeline for your cross-solution motions and execute on each MCEM phase to consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Proactively deliver envisioning workshops, strategy briefings, solution demonstrations, and whiteboarding to gain customer commitment.
  • Voice of the Customer
  • Validate new cross-solution sales motions on site with customers in partnership with Go to Market Business Architects and the Area sales teams.
  • Identify market and customer insights to make recommendations on whether the business should scale the motion through the field or partner or deprioritize it.
  • Champion customer asks, blockers and escalations to progress deals faster into closure and inform the GTM strategy for cross solution sales motions.
  • Continuous Learning and Development
  • Lead best practice sharing across Areas and Americas Time zone regional communities to multiply the business impact in selected solutions or motions and supporting executive customer conversations with a focus on cross solutions and industry.
  • Leverage available research and enablement resources to stay up-to date on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to clearly position and differentiate Microsoft solutions.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong and proven experience of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND strong technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • A consultative selling mindset grounded in customer-obsession, you gain energy from listening to customers and learning deeply about their challenges.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and love charting new territory, leading the way for others.
  • You embody the learn it all mindset with a desire to continuous broaden your skills in expertise across technology and industries.
