As Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Marketing Strategy: Develop compelling marketing strategies grounded in customer insight and findings from current activity.
Relationship Management: Effectively manage key relationships, fully understanding their performance and targets, and aligning strategies to achieve mutual objectives.
Project Delivery: Deliver activities on time, within budget, and with the appropriate risk and legal approvals in a complex regulatory environment.
Team Development: Nurture and develop the skills of more junior colleagues in the function.
Performance Culture: Become a key part of the performance marketing culture, driving continual change to achieve efficient customer response.
Innovation: Take the lead in planning and implementing structured tests, leveraging new capabilities to improve performance against plan.

What You’ll Need
Influencing Skills: Experience (agency/client side) working within or for a large, complicated, and ideally regulated business.
Strategic Thinking: Proven experience developing marketing strategies to deliver growth and the best customer outcomes.
Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence colleagues and external partners.
Self-Motivation: Pragmatic, collaborative, and proactive approach to work with the ability to take ownership and exercise good judgement, with a prudent approach to risk. Effective prioritisation skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Data-Driven Marketing: Expert in data-driven marketing, highly numerate, skilled in interpreting performance data, interrogating customer insight, planning tests, optimising campaigns, and making budget recommendations.
Line Management: Demonstrated success in developing and managing direct reports in line with expected colleague behaviours.
Channel Experience: Strong experience across press, DM, email, SMS, social media, and website channels.
Measurement Experience: Experienced in developing and applying scientific measurement methodologies to prove the value of marketing activity.
