Crypto Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Growth Strategist with deep experience blockchain and crypto space. This role will be a core part of our dynamic strategy team, responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive growth strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate is a crypto native - a true “degen” - who lives and breathes this industry, with a proven track record of success in growth roles.

• Conduct comprehensive audits of client’s current strategies, tools, KPI’s, team structures, analytics, personas, communities, and past efforts in the blockchain and crypto spaces
• Work closely with the Account Director and agency team to ensure client’s strategic goals are met
• Define and clarify the “why,” “how,” and “what” of our strategies within the context of blockchain, crypto, and onchain culture
• Develop funnel designs and workflows based on the established KPIs
• Conduct competitor analysis to gather insights and refine strategies
• Develop and execute channel tactics
• Oversee reporting and ensure all data is accurately represented and communicated
• Contribute to the development of a strategy framework and process within the crypto space
