REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in at least one of the following relevant to the crypto sector: policy, research, government relations, legal analysis, regulatory engagement, consulting or other relevant backgrounds.
  • Knowledge and understanding of policy and/or regulatory frameworks relevant to the crypto sector across different countries and able to get up to speed quickly on technical and regulatory subject matter.
  • Ability to interpret detailed and complex concepts and information and synthesize it for different audiences.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly evolving workstreams and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience of drafting written reports and documents clearly and succinctly.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, analyze, and synthesize blockchain policy developments across different jurisdictions.
  • Track national, regional, and global sentiment as it relates to the crypto industry, and subsequently develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Draft and contribute to consultations and regulatory frameworks, both reactively and proactively.
  • Develop white papers, position papers, infographics on a variety of topics such as digital assets legislation, privacy coins, digital commodities, DeFi, transaction monitoring, market conduct, and others.
  • Project management support on a variety of matters including external outreach and engagement, event planning, database management, etc.
  • Analyze national and regional sentiment and their impact on the industry and provide tangible insights and write content to the business leaders.
  • Cross functional collaboration across the entire business, including; legal, communications, compliance, etc.
