Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager specializing in Cryptocurrency to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our digital asset investment firm based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment management, investment analysis, and investment banking, coupled with a deep understanding of cryptocurrency operations and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cryptocurrency investment firm, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to the cryptocurrency market.
- Monitor and analyze investment performance, identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
- Oversee banking operations related to cryptocurrency transactions and manage IT operations to support trading activities.
- Drive operational improvements and streamline processes to enhance overall performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment management, investment analysis, and investment banking.
- Proficiency in operations management and operation monitoring within the cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of operational efficiency and banking operations in the context of digital assets.
- Experience in IT operations supporting cryptocurrency trading platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
