PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Initiative to quickly assess and resolve issues or concerns, seeking appropriate solutions, and escalating complex problems to supervisors or managers when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting them and assisting with products and services
- Assist with sorting paperwork such as invoices, sales orders, item data, etc.
- Assist customer issues and complaints, and ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience
- Follow company policies and procedures on refunds, redeeming smart card points rewards as well as overall cash handling
- Perform other customer service related duties and tasks as assigned
