Our client, a US-based tax firm, is seeking a detail-oriented CS Virtual Assistant. This is a full-time role. We need someone who can work during Pacific Time business hours, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Slack channels set up. You will be responsible for inviting new members and also for bookmarks or pinning.
  • You will be following up with the new members to check that their accounts are perfectly set up.
  • You will be handling the Slack audit. You will track every message and tag who needs to respond if they are not able to answer inquiries.
  • You will be posting reminders AM/PM for the team in Zoom workspace.
  • You will be supporting emails - The company is currently transition from Gmail to Intercom.
  • You will be checking portals on Canopy to make sure information was uploaded correctly by new members.
  • You will be responsible for verifying/accepting requests and checking automation-added courses correctly in Skool.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent English skills
  • Tools: Slack, GHL, Canopy, Skool, Gmail - Eventually Intercom , Zoom Workspace and Google Sheets
