Position Description : CSA Site Manager
Reports: Construction Manager
Location : Berlin

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The appointed H&MV CSA Site Manager will be responsible for the management of all CSA construction activities, to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives, whilst maintaining standards of health and safety, quality environmental impact and cost control. The CSA Site Manager is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required. This involves ensuring all Company and legal regulations are implemented, that all required documentation is completed as necessary and recording daily work on site.

DAILY TASKS

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure correct resources in a timely manner to meet program demands oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance to deliver on time and budget.
  • Review the work progress on daily basis.
  • Keep accurate site records of all personal and equipment on site.
  • Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Conduct regular safety and quality reports.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with sub-contractors and clients.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team within a busy construction environment.
  • Be proactive and hardworking.
  • Organised & possess the ability to multitask.
  • Have excellent communication skills with high levels of attention to detail.
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
