CSCT-certified Cardiology Technologist

ACD MED is seeking a full-time CSCT-certified Cardiology Technologist with strong knowledge of advanced arrhythmia, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, adaptability, a proactive approach to learning new technologies, and a commitment to compassionate patient care. Typical shift hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or certificate from a recognized Canadian program for Cardiology Technologists.
• CSCT certification.
• 1 year of experience (preferred but not required).
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong knowledge of arrhythmia interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with EMR (an asset).
• Ability to follow clinic procedures and manage time effectively.

• Conduct stress tests.
• Perform ECG, Holter, and ABPM hook-up; upload and download acquired data.
• Conduct Holter scanning.
• Follow protocols, policies, and procedures of CSCT and ACD MED.
• Ensure workspace safety and cleanliness before and after each shift.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily workflow and provide excellent patient care.
• Maintain CSCT certification in good standing.
• Provide current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Attend staff meetings.
