Responsibilities:
WHAT DOES THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?
We’ve recently signed off on a newly created role, CSR & DE&I Partner . In this exciting role you will contribute to our mission of fostering a work environment where people feel safe, valued and supported, contributing to a better society. Reporting directly into the DE&I and CSR Lead Actuation Systems you will support from a UK remit. The role will be more weighted towards CSR activities & we’d welcome candidates who have previously designed & implemented CSR metrics.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES LOOK LIKE?
- Develop and execute a local DE&I and CSR strategy, working with leaders, HR and the organization to drive accountability and tangible results, listening to and understanding feedback from employees to shape plans and interventions
- Research and promote local DE&I initiatives (e.g. panel discussions, external speakers..), events, training and learning that will advance employees’ understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion
- Partner with the HR team to embed DE&I across the employee lifecycle (talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, etc..) and develop strategies to attract, retain and develop a diverse talent pool.
- Support ERGs in delivering impactful initiatives and foster collaboration and synergies among them
- Identify and manage partnership with external partners such as charities, NGO and community groups, initiating collaboration on employee volunteer opportunities and charitable activities
- Communicate and lead the company’s social responsibility and community initiatives, including corporate giving, sponsorships, matching gifts and volunteerism, serving as an internal and external advocate
- Reporting and analysis of data on DE&I and CSR to make appropriate measurement of progress and identify specific areas to address
