WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Thanks to your degree in Environmental and Political Sciences, Sustainability, Economics, Business Management, or a related field, combined with at least 6+ years of experience in data collection, management, and analysis for sustainability reporting (including Corporate Sustainability Reports and CDP), you will confidently handle the responsibilities of this role. Your proven track record in preparing non-financial reports will serve as a strong foundation for success.
Your background includes working with interdisciplinary teams such as Sustainability, Procurement, Finance, and Audit, and you are comfortable navigating relationships within complex organizational structures, preferably in multinational manufacturing settings. You bring a solid understanding of sustainability concepts and trends and are skilled at linking them to corporate risk and opportunity assessments.
You thrive in structured, fast-paced, and matrixed environments, excelling in project management and problem-solving. With your strong analytical abilities and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, you effectively engage diverse audiences. Your results-driven mindset, team-oriented approach, and fluency in English will ensure you meet the demands of this position, while additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a CSRD Reporting Manager who will support our corporate CSR & Sustainability function. The CSRD Reporting Manager joins a dedicated team in charge of all sustainability and ESG disclosure and reporting, including the annual Corporate Sustainability Report, reporting for leading platforms e.g. CDP, UNGC and Ecovadis, and the CSRD compliance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Thanks to your expertise in project management and regulatory compliance, you will take the lead in overseeing the entire CSRD process, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. This includes coordinating all related activities, maintaining thorough documentation, and preparing the organization for external limited assurance. You will also guide the creation of a CSRD compliance roadmap, actively engaging with internal stakeholders and monitoring progress across the Group.
You will leverage your knowledge of the CSRD and related reporting requirements to keep the organization informed of regulatory developments and ensure full compliance. This involves preparing annual compliance documentation, collaborating with external consultants, and reviewing qualitative and quantitative data consolidated at the Group level. Your role will also include analyzing this data to improve its quality, coordinating content development, reviewing existing policies and targets to support progress toward compliance goals and appropriate disclosure in line with ESRS.
As part of your responsibilities, you will manage the budget related to CSRD reporting and assurance. Additionally, you will support the development of internal guidance documents, such as a CSRD compliance manual, while also contributing to voluntary sustainability disclosures in collaboration with other team members.
