Then come in and join our APJ team as a CTH Clinical Market Development Manager to be responsible for developing the MR Radiation Therapy business in APJ. The role reports directly to the Head of Cancer Therapy, APJ.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • You have a successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in medical physics/ radiographic technology/ allied sciences.
  • You have several years of professional experience in major Healthcare Imaging and Cancer Therapy organization, in both sales and product management. Cancer Therapy and/or imaging industry experience will be strongly preferred.
  • You have product skills with clinical and technical knowledge in MR in the field of Radiation Oncology/Diagnostic Imaging.
  • You demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures.
  • You display high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems.
  • You are results oriented to ensure achievement of the targeted profit, customer satisfaction and market share goals.
  • You can make an impact to implement necessary changes with all internal and external partners involved.

Responsibilities:

  • You will assess the strategic position of MR in RT and you will create and execute a Business Strategic Plan incl. G2M strategies that supports profitable growth in this segment. You will ensure that volume and profit goals are met for the MR in RT segment, and you shall track and report regional key business data. You will represent the Region/Zones in Management Business Reviews (MBR, MTA) and deliver analyses to business development.
  • You will work closely together with the CTH Region Head, the CTH Zone Business Managers and especially together with the Siemens Account Executives and Varian District Managers to proactively drive and grow the funnel for MR in RT. You shall coordinate MR in RT sales activities between VAR and SHS sales.
  • You shall support CTH and MR Product Sales Executives with creating and delivering compelling MR in RT presentations and sales pitches.
  • You will maintain and build close relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in Radiation Oncology (RO), especially for MR in RO with involvement of both local and global Business Line leadership where appropriate. You will attend and support local MR in RT conferences to position MR in RT. You shall develop reference sites and you will identify critical customer decisions, trends, and assess business implications for the MR in RT business. You will actively contribute to gain market mind share for the segment.
  • You will drive clinical excellence of CTH technologies working with the local teams (Apps, Clinical Education, Product Sales Executives, Product Managers, Field Service Engineers…) to ensure adoption and utilization of our bespoke innovations with our installed base, and especially with our KOL/ reference site customers.
  • You will develop and deliver internal sales training material for field sales (Account Executives, District Managers, MR Product Sales Executives, …). In collaboration with Product Marketing Managers, you will contribute to the development of relevant marketing collaterals and campaigns.
  • You will act as coach and sparring partner for HQ Marketing and Sales for global sales and marketing strategies for MR in RT
