Description:
We are looking for our multinational aluminum packaging manufacturing partner company a
CTS Engineer
Our client is establishing their second European production site at Makó as part of a greenfield investment, which will be part of their strategic location in the EU.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of Bachelor degree
Minimum 3 years experience in technical and quality management in the can making industry
Good communication and coordination skills.
Analytical judgement and the ability to deal with emergencies.
Proactive and self-motivated
English is a must
Experience in Food and Beverage industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining customer resources, providing product follow-up services, understanding customer suggestions, needs, complaints, etc., and coordinating follow-up, organizing quality improvement.
Responsible for the completion of the customer’s required volume seal inspection and other services.
Assisting the sales department in customer service, including handling customer complaints.
Receiving customer complaints, tracking the complaint handling process, responding to customers in a timely manner, and informing all relevant departments of the quality information fed back by customers.
On-site knowledge of customer complaints, customer visits.
The collation and filing of information on customer complaints and the follow-up of returned products.
Responsible for the completion of the customer’s required volume seal inspection and other services.
Responsible for quality supervision and management of logistics. Regular audits of external warehouses, spot checks on shipments and vehicles.
Assist the department manager in the implementation of corrective actions and the tracking of non-conforming products.
A collated analysis of the results of a customer satisfaction survey.
Technical support to customer.
Organizing relevant departments for quality attack and quality improvement.
