CULTURAL EXPERIENCES OFFICER
Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? This newly created, dynamic role will see you as the friendly face assisting at our art gallery and entertainment centre. Duties will include working at our box office, helping customers with ticket purchases, enquiries, and bookings. With fantastic front-of-house skills, you’ll engage with the community, handle financial transactions, and find solutions for booking-related challenges. Whether assisting during quieter times or stepping into the lively atmosphere at showtime, you’ll thrive in a role that combines regular box office duties with exciting opportunities to work in our Ovations bar and support shows and exhibitions across our cultural venues.

SENIOR CULTURAL EXPERIENCES OFFICER
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional cultural experiences? As the Senior Cultural Experiences Officer, you’ll embrace the responsibilities of the Cultural Experiences Officer while also taking on a supervisory role, empowering our volunteers and cultural experiences staff to achieve their best! Your duties will include ensuring smooth communication across the team, managing rosters, training staff and volunteers, and coordinating front-of-house operations for shows and events across our cultural venues. You will also oversee bar operations such as stock management and inventory at the Manning Entertainment Centre. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to creating memorable experiences for audiences and visitors alike. WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate customer service professionals for these positions, who have a genuine interest in the arts and entertainment industry, along with strong administrative and cash handling skills to support front-of-house operations effectively. Flexibility to work additional hours during shows and events will be highly regarded. The successful candidates will require a Working with Children Check and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA).
