ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Figment is seeking a Culture and Events Specialist to foster company culture and drive internal communications in a distributed team environment. This role encompasses:
- Event planning and execution, including company offsites and team building activities
- Development and implementation of culture initiatives and programs aligned with company values
- Management of bi-weekly All Hands meetings and internal communications channels1
- Support for special projects across PeopleOps, Talent, and Chief of Staff functions1
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, event planning experience, and proficiency with collaboration tools.
