The Culture & Recognition Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering a global colleague recognition strategy to improve engagement and enhance our company culture. This role will oversee all aspects of recognition, from programme design to implementation and measurement. The Culture & Recognition Manager will work closely with People & Culture teams, Central Functions leaders and In-Market leaders to ensure that recognition initiatives align with our purpose, cultural aspirations, and strategic goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Conduct discovery research and stakeholder engagement to understand what great looks like across Primark in relation to Recognition
- Develop and implement a new global Recognition strategy - forming a key part of our overall culture strategy
- Partner with departments and global markets to advise on Recognition initiatives unique to their specific context, challenges and in-market strategy
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, business partners and suppliers to create and design new content, tools and Recognition solutions
- Work closely with the Internal Comms team to develop a compelling comms strategy for Recognition initiatives
- Work closely with the Head of Leadership & Culture and Culture Activation Specialist to continue to embed our Values & Behaviours globally

- 8+ years’ experience in reward, recognition, culture and talent focused roles
- Experience in designing and operationalising Recognition focused solutions
- Amazing people partner who can influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of leadership
- Passion for people development and creating positive workplace cultures
- Ability to prioritise and evaluate competing issues, working with and through others
- Results orientated, able to ensure timely delivery in a changing environment, and able to deal with rapid change, complexity and ambiguit
