QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in an events or brand marketing role within the cultural industry.
Experience working directly with talent, dancers, or artists.
Understanding of the UK dance scene, particularly breaking, street dance, and Afro dance.
Knowledge of UK cultural playgrounds including music, fashion, and art.
Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns within the cultural sectors.
Strong network within the dance, music, and events community, and an understanding of the broader cultural landscape.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Understanding of how brands operate within cultural spaces.
Passion for live events, marketing, and media.
Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinker who uses initiative and takes ownership of projects.
Creative mindset with a track record of implementing new ideas and assessing their impact.
