trans plant mastertrain are a training provider based in Exeter supplying construction and logistics training across the UK via commercial training and apprenticeship courses. We work with all types of customers from private individuals to national businesses and pride ourselves on customer service and our learners experience.

ROLE AIM

Being a member of the senior team you will be contributing to our journey towards being recognised as an ‘outstanding’ training provider in the logistics and construction sectors

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quality assurance marking/developing of our apprenticeship standards.
• Quality assurance of all processes including progress review sampling and leading standardisation.
• To lead/be the nominated person for external inspections including OFSTED and MATRIX.
• Ensure compliance of our ESFA/DFE contract.
• Ensure compliance of the Education Inspection Frameworks and keep up to date with changes and amendments.
• Maintain the businesses Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) and ensure this is regularly communicated to team members.
• Complete annual curriculum reviews.
• Creating and maintaining apprenticeship policies and procedures.
• Manage our End Point Assessor contracts and relationships.
• Regularly report to the businesses Directors and Oversight Committee.
• Carry out a small proportion of site visits and reviews for our learners and employers to maintain excellence of practices (this will occasionally involve overnight travel).
• Maintenance and quality of employer contracts and excellent learner onboarding documentation.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with our partners such as DCTPN.
• Keeping your own CPD up to date and relevant and oversight of team members CPD.

  Salary: £33,000+ salary depends on experience and qualifications
