JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create educational curricula aligned with industry standards and learning objectives.
• Conduct research to identify knowledge gaps and skill requirements.
• Design engaging learning materials, assessments, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy.
• Develop interactive and inclusive learning experiences.
• Ensure curriculum compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Pilot-test curricula and incorporate feedback.
• Revise and update curricula periodically.
• Provide training and support for instructors.
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 3+ years of curriculum development experience.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with educational technologies and authoring tools
