QUALIFICATIONS
- A research-based graduate degree in a discipline relevant to teaching & learning, data collection & analysis, and/or post-secondary education administration is required.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently in the planning and execution of new evaluation projects.
- Excellence in supporting technology-based learning, including multimedia, online learning and course management.
- An understanding of contemporary best practices in higher education in relation to curriculum design, assessment, assurance of learning and quality assurance related to clinical education.
- Demonstrated experience in analysis, interpretation, and triangulation of data.
- Superior customer service skills and administrative organization and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of curriculum processes to support academics in curriculum review, reviewing learning outcomes and assessment alignment.
- Working knowledge of instructional design and media.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an extremely busy environment, managing multiple priorities.
