Branch: West Chester YMCA
Pay Class: Full Time/Non-Exempt
Shifts/Availability: Tuesday - Saturday 1:00 pm till 9:30 pm
Pay Rate: $14.00-$17.00

Position Purpose: The West Chester YMCA is seeking an experienced Facilities Custodian to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities for the benefit of our members, staff and community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Three years of experience in the facility field required
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Understand and perform custodial functions
• Maintain a safe environment for members, participants and general public while performing work duties
• Assist with room set up and breakdown
• Assist with occasional grounds maintenance tasks
• Evaluate and report any health, safety or cleanliness issues to supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
