Job Duties & Responsibilities:We are seeking a reliable and organized Custom Homes Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Custom Homes plumbing and HVAC department, ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks and efficient communication between internal and external stakeholders. From applying for permits, researching and submitting quotes for fixtures, ordering materials, and sending quotes for new jobs, your day will be a dynamic mix of responsibilities. You will manage job schedules, monitor labor costs, and register equipment, making sure every little detail is accurate. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficiency and success of our Custom Homes department. This position earns $23.00 - $30.00/hour and works 8 hours a day, Monday - Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great organizational abilities
  • Experience with WhatsApp Messenger is an asset
  • Experience with Tradesware Software is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Send quotes for new jobs, and record purchase orders from builders for each job
  • Apply for city permits
  • Order materials
  • Scheduling
  • Handle warranty and service call requests
  • Register equipment serial numbers
  • Enter piece rate sheets for job costing
  • Monitor labour costs for each job
  • Bill based on job schedules
  • Handle large volumes of data entry with high level of accuracy.
