Summary:
Job Description:
The Customer Account and Logistics Administrator will support the Customer Service and Logistics team in creating orders, managing customer queries and paperwork completion.
You will be liaising with the logistics, operations and accounting teams to ensure that all customers orders and deliveries are processed and fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
This is a part time position. Working hours will be, 09.30 to 14.00 Monday to Friday. Rate of pay depends on experience.
Key Duties:
General administrative duties to support the scheduling and order management functions.
Data inputting into the company’s management information systems.
Liaising with customers, colleagues and subcontractors regarding order details.
Dealing with incoming telephone calls and email queries as required.
Provision of administration support to the existing team.
Preparation of daily/monthly reporting as requested.
Providing cover and additional support for busy or holiday periods as required.
Applicant Requirements:
Able to work on own initiative.
Have excellent organisation skills.
Be able to prioritise a busy workload.
Have experience within administration.
Proficiency on all MS packages.
Ability to multitask and be able to work independently and well within a team.
Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
