Description:

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Sunday, working 5 days a week doing a 7.5 shift on each day between 07:00-22:00
Salary: £22,503.00 per annum (£11.54ph) with the opportunity to increase with KPI’s up to 6%
Location: Hybrid Bowthorpe, Norwich, UK
Start Date :27th August 2024

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You will be our members main point of contact with Careline365. You will be dealing with an array of customer enquiries, including general enquiries such as prices of service and administrative queries from existing members also occasionally placing orders, but primarily you will be assisting them with outstanding account actions including completing cancellations and chasing due/overdue payments. Contact is through outbound calls and emails. Some contact through online chat during out of hours to assist the wider team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Making outbound calls to our members for…

  • returning of equipment
  • updating customers data
  • prompting renewals
  • chasing overdue payments.

Effectively and quickly understanding all customer needs through active listening and appropriate questioning.
Discuss and assess with the customer C365 products/services which are suitable
Identify and prioritise any concerns, maintain customer expectations and deliver a professional focus on the customers needs throughout their current actions
Explore any queries or objections raised by the customer and identify any reasons holding the customer back from maintaining the service
Ensuring effective time management to maintain the workflow needed to maintain our due actions. Completing all allocated tasks in a timely manner
