We are looking for a Customer Account Executive on Ocado Beauty & Personal Care. This candidate will manage the relationship with Ocado, developing business plans which deliver against Unilever Beauty and Personal Care Objectives. Driving the online agenda, ensuring Unilever products show up flawlessly online.
KEY SKILLS
- Prior commercial experience and exposure to P&L, ideally previous experience within an Account Executive role
- Evidence of strong Grip, Drive, and Influence is a must.
- An interest in ecommerce & channel dynamics.
- Strong communication and internal stakeholder management
Responsibilities:
- Manage Unilever’s day-to-day relationship with the Beauty and Personal Care Buyers at Ocado
- Develop and deliver the customer strategic business plan for Beauty and Personal care, working closely with Category Managers and Brand teams. Accountable for the long-term growth plan
- Negotiate effectively with your customer, e.g. to agree trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts according to the UL strategy on your categories.
- Manage the customer P&L for PBC. Responsible for promotional and non-promotional investments with the customer and ensure all agreements are properly documented and stored.
- Accountable for Unilever brand presence online; Perfect Store Online/70A execution.
- Drive the online agenda internally, working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure our products perform online.
- Ensure effective online activation of media. Owning Organic and Paid Media plan. Tracking media investment.
- Manage the launch of new products with customers, e.g. selling in the new product, providing samples and launch plans.
- Manage in-month Ocado performance vs forecast, S&OP
- Work with the CES to manage accruals and pricing accurately and efficiently. Delivery of required admin for the customer with support from the Commercial Executive – pricing, rebates, NLF, promo proposals.
